On July 10 and 11, 2024, Spillot’s 2024 half-year conference and commendation meeting was successfully held. During this pivotal gathering, department heads thoughtfully summarized achievements and challenges while setting ambitious plans for the future. We also celebrated outstanding Spillot team members, whose hard work and dedication have fueled our success in the spill control and PPE products industry. The meeting was full of excitement, insights, and even some lucky draws, adding to the lively atmosphere of the event.

In the first half of 2024, Spillot continued to make significant strides, advancing steadily and confidently. Every accomplishment reflects the collective effort and resilience of our team. 01 Mid-Year Summary
Every end is a new beginning. During the mid-year review, each department head provided a detailed assessment of the department’s performance so far in 2024, highlighting successes, analyzing challenges, and sharing strategic plans and key goals for the rest of the year. The session concluded with our leadership team, led by Mr. Shen, unveiling annual keywords for the next six months, around which we will continue our efforts.
02 Mid-Year Conference
“Without effort, there is no achievement.” Reflecting on the first half of 2024, the Spillot team faced challenges head-on and made steady progress. With unwavering dedication and hard work, we took important steps toward our goals. The commendation part of the conference highlighted exceptional work, celebrating those whose contributions have driven us forward.
03 Promotions and Recognitions
In the first half of 2024, several exceptional Spillot team members were recognized for their achievements and promoted to new roles. These individuals have shown outstanding commitment and drive, taking on new responsibilities and setting a high standard for excellence. During the meeting, the newly promoted supervisors were introduced, and we look forward to seeing them tackle new challenges as they lead Spillot to even greater heights.
04 Warm Moments
Spillot has continued to grow in the past six months, welcoming many new talents into the family. During the meeting, our new team members introduced themselves through a creative video, showcasing their personalities and talents.
Additionally, we celebrated life’s milestones, such as welcoming new parents among our staff. Nine new moms received thoughtful “mommy gifts” to honor their new roles and express our appreciation for their contributions at work while balancing family life. It was a moment of warmth and celebration that brought smiles to everyone.
05 Lucky Draw
The excitement reached a peak with our much-anticipated lucky draw, held in two sessions. In the morning, participants enjoyed tasty snack packs and small gifts. In the afternoon, we held a grand year-end draw with 5 of the latest smartphones and over 100 fantastic prizes, including projectors, wellness gadgets, massage tools, premium gift sets, and more. Although conducted online, the enthusiasm was palpable, with the live broadcast chat buzzing with excitement and reaching record engagement.

2024 is a year filled with new opportunities for Spillot, marking a time of expansion and renewed optimism. As we look back on our journey and anticipate the future, we are determined to seize opportunities and continue making a positive impact in the spill control and PPE sectors. 07 Chairman’s Address
During the two-day event, Chairman Shen joined the entire meeting virtually, providing valuable insights and targeted feedback. He emphasized our achievements, addressed areas for improvement, and outlined our strategic direction for the rest of the year.
Chairman Shen also elaborated on our 2024 theme, “Resilience, Innovation, and Future Growth,” inspiring the team to push forward with renewed energy. He expressed his unwavering confidence in Spillot’s industry position, the company’s strategies, and, most importantly, the dedication of every Spillot team member.
