Q How long does shipping typically take for international orders?

Standard sea freight from our facility reaches the US West Coast in 18–22 days FCL or 22–28 days LCL, and the US East Coast in 28–35 days FCL or 32–40 days LCL. Europe (Rotterdam / Hamburg) takes 28–32 days FCL and 32–38 days LCL. Middle East (Jebel Ali) shipments arrive in 18–22 days, Southeast Asia (Singapore / Port Klang) in 7–10 days, and Australia (Sydney / Melbourne) in 18–22 days. Q Do you offer custom sizes and colours?

Yes. Full OEM customization is a core capability. For pads: custom dimensions beyond standard 40×50 cm, GSM weights from 150 to 400 GSM. For pillows: custom sizes, plus custom fill weights. Colors: industry-standard yellow for chemical/hazmat, gray for universal, white for oil-only — but custom colors are available for branded product lines. Q What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) with a 30% deposit upon order confirmation and the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment. A proforma invoice with full product specifications, quantities, and shipping terms is issued before payment is due.

Q Do your products come with a warranty?

Industrial absorbent products are consumable, single-use items and do not carry a traditional warranty period. However, every production batch undergoes independent quality testing — absorbency rate, retention capacity, tensile strength, and chemical compatibility per ASTM F726 — under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Full lot traceability from raw polymer resin through finished product is maintained. If any shipment does not meet the specifications confirmed in your order, we will replace or refund the affected quantity. Test reports are available with each shipment.

Q Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We provide free samples of standard products in small quantities for buyer evaluation — typically 3–5 pads per GSM weight, or 2–3 pillows per size, depending on the product type. Samples are shipped within 3 business days via DHL/FedEx, with freight prepaid for qualified buyers. Custom specification samples (non-standard GSM, custom dimensions) require 5–7 business days for trial production. We recommend testing absorbency rate, tensile strength after saturation, and chemical compatibility with the specific substances your customers handle most. Large-volume orders and custom OEM specifications are produced to order. Standard products ship within 7–10 business days; custom OEM production requires 15–20 business days.
